Summary of Qualifications:
Twenty-five years of practical and technical experience in the manufacturing and Research & Development fields. Sixteen years manufacturing was "all hands" on in all aspects of the canning/manufacturing industry including Quality Control and Quality Control Supervisor.

A few products/brands both retail and foodservice worked with include Nutritional drinks, ReaLemon, ReaLime, ReaLemonade, Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, Cremora (non-dairy powder), Cracker Jacks, Borden Ice Cream, Borden Cheese, Borden Snacks, Borden Egg Nog (aseptic), Snow's Seafood and Classico.

Equipment Experience:
Equipment experience includes but is not limited to many types of pilot plant and production size retorts, canning equipment, mixing apparatus, pumps, evaporators, filling machines, cappers, homogenizers, and limited aseptic systems. Laboratory equipment includes but not limited to Reology, Colorimeter, Water Activity, Autotitration, and Brix.

  • Was co-inventor on U.S. patent for Low Fat and Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk.
  • Worked directly with NFPA setting up and running heat distribution testing at new plant.
